Two PM motors+two stage gearless air ends+three frequency conversion control
The stepless speed regulation two-stage compression main machine is adopt, and that first-stage compression rotor and the second-stage compression rotor are combined in a shell and horizontally opposite to each other, and are respectively driven coaxially by two high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Natural air enter that first stage of compression through an air filter and an intake valve, is mix with a small amount of lubrication oil in a compression chamber, and simultaneously compresses the mix gas to an interstage pressure. The compressed gas enters the cooling channel and comes into contact with a large amount of oil mist, thereby greatly reducing the temperature. The cooled compressed gas enters the second-stage rotor for secondary compression and is compressed to the final exhaust pressure.
Energy-Efficiency Double Permanent Magnet Motor
This motor enables the rotor to rotate via the magnetic field generated by AC voltage of the stator coil and the magnetic force of the magnetic field. The permanent magnetic synchronous motor (PM motor) is made of high efficiency Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet; it will not loss of field at 120℃.
Permanent magnet motor and mainframe of compressor adopt the straight structure, and the structure is more compact with the transmission efficiency of 100%.
